For BB's individual photo, it's ok as the same as I used my Canon 450D to take at home. However, the quality of the family photo is poor. They used the white color for the background. When I saw the photo, my bb's face in white and pure color (so awful). But my husband and me are ok. So we can see 3 different face color in 1 family photo. The CS said we could retake the photo. When I asked them to schedule the appointment for retake, they had many excuse (e.g. appointment until Jan 10, your bb looks different after 3 mths later...etc). Then I requested them to reschedule asap. They said all appoinemnt was full until Jan 10.
On the other hand, the other CS came and told us that the face in white coz of BB's skin like that. I said your shop was professional for taking BB photo, you should know about BB's skin was white. Then she said the color was affected by the monitor.....etc...so many excuse.
Finally, I called the supervisor and made a complaint.
