First, your agent should sumbit your contracts to the Indonesian Consulate for notarization. After one week, the contracts will be released and then your agent should submit your application to the Immigration Department. Again after 1-2 weeks' time you will receive an Acknowledgement Letter from the Immigration with a reference time and the period of time you have to wait until the visa is finally released.
