Canossa Hospital and Sanatorium provide quick test. As far as I know Sanatorium has specific test for H1N1 but more expensive. My doctor's advice is if it's a confirmed case of influenza A then 905 chance it'll be H1N1 (for young kids) and Tamiflu will be given, probably there is no point to go for further checking of H1N1. The test will only take 30 mins. For government flu clinics (see website of Hospital Authority) it may take 3 days, but that's how the government works.

There is a quick test for influenza A & B which takes about 30-45 mins. If the test result is positive influenza A, there is a change for H1N1 flu. If negative, it won't be H1N1 flu.

ic. Why (what sickness) she took this antibiotics? Do u still remember how long it takes to see the effect (temp back normal if she also had fever by that time)?

I'm not a nurse. It's just that my daughter had taken this antibiotics before. Therefore, I know the name.
