every bb has it's size to change the diapers, if u find bb is a bit tight when using s size, then u can try to use m size, my boy is a not fat boy, he is still using L size now (17-mth), but i remember he chagned M size about....7-8mths ( not remember exactly)
for 掃風, new born bb is quite hard to do this, my son keep cant do this effective when he was new born, but when bb older, it will better, so i kept to hug bb in straight position after drinking mik in order let him not to嘔奶, 掃左一陣都唔得,d 姑娘教坐直bb順時針轉(慢慢的),咁都會帮到bb的,你試一試,我仔 new born時,係80%都掃唔到ka,如你有high chair可比佢坐一陣都可以
