只要樓價升穿月線圖上的兩個阻力位,估計便有 20-30%升幅。

前一個月中原城市領先指數一度升至近 74水平,及後回落至 72左右,如果在金管局要求銀行要謹慎貸款的情況下,樓價依然可以升越上述水平,相信樓市至少還有兩成升幅

我識得有個人就係咁啦, 佢0係個市剛升既時候, 賣左佢住緊既維景, 跟住租樓住. 佢話估唔倒個市會繼續升得咁勁, 我見佢唔開心呀...

A simple question for those who believe in renting after selling for now and buying back when the market drop theory.

May I ask what is your profit margin in selling your property now?

How much is your rental now? And how long do you prepare to rent?

At what point do you think you would buy again?

Thanks for sharing your idea.

在現在升市嘅時候,我早前賣掉嘅樓,唔敢再check估價,因為已升了很多:(:( ; 而早前買咗嘅樓,我一路都有check估價,因為越check會越開心。:D :D :D

i think will add 0.5% each time. unless econ is v good. if econ is v good, then we may earn more income. i prepared for 3% cap rate. HSBC offered cap rate 2.1%, so if add 2x 0.5%, still within our tolerance level.

My boy is now in his 2.5 years old. Honestly it is my dream to be a full time mammy, I did it for one year when my boy was less than 3 mths old. I think it would be more enjoying if I can be a full time mammy now but I can't as I want to save more money for my son and for my retirement. So whether I will be a full time mammy finally is still a question mark to me, but I am really dreaming of taking my son to school and home everydays.... so warm....
