有益生菌對腸胃健康同bb排便都好 but please remember to feed your bb those full fat yoghurt but NOT those low/no fat ones which are more suitable for adult. BB needs full fat. Also choose those original plain favour but NOT those with added fruits and favour coz it is too sweet for babies. Eat plain favour and you can add fresh fruits yourself. I buy Pauls original favour yoghurt for my bb.
