i still think econ is v bad, however, all ppl around me who used to be v 'grey' are now very positive, even my HB. job mkt in finance industry is getting much much better. many of my ex-colleagues found better jobs this year and quitted themselves.
the US govt had granted loans to many international banks, but many banks have paid back the loans to govt, we can see the banking sector is recovering v fast. many of my i-banks friends either get bonus end of this year or get a 50% pay rise (no bonus).
Sorry I'm off topic, as I'm not buyer, as prices has gone too hi la, can't afford anymore.
Sigh, for those of u who "mo la la" buy, I think can safely say u are RICH$$$, no $ worries, just worry about what u like or dislike. As far as being able to afford mortgage, I afraid of lay offs. Now is not 30 yrs ago, when u can always make a living if u work hard. Now, all the co.s talk of cutting costs, & of course u can only cut so much, then, the only thing left is cutting salaries and staff. And don't forget, there's always someone, fresh grad or those who have kids & mortgage, willing to work 24 hrs with less & less pay.
I think I'm beginning to have psychological problem, as always thinking so grey.
