I send my son to full time nursey when my 2nd one born and I had to return to work. Then, my mom takes care of my 2nd one. My son is very active too and my mom cannot handle 2 kids at one time. Even though when he's 3.5 years old and my 2nd one is 2 years old now, it's hard for her to take care of them at the same time, except for only 2-3 hours.
I agree with 叉燒媽咪, it may be better for you to send your elder one to full-time PN as kids can learn to socialize and follow rules. My son used to be very active (or you can call it naughty) and he has improved quite a bit and learnt a lot after he started school recently.
Economically, I think that sending your elder one to full time PN should be cheaper than hiring one more maid at home.
u said your elder kid is very very naughty... if i were u, i would send her to fullday nursery rather then hire one more helper to take care of her in all round, which would just allow her to be worse.
in my point of view, 2 maids for 2 kids are not neccesary unless your home is very big and takes lots of time for cleaning tasks. too intensive care is not really good for our kids.....
