Where do you live? I am not too familiar with kindergartens in Kowloon. For me, my strategy is to put my baby into any nursery (18-24 mth types) which is closest to home meaning no need to take transportation, becos no popular schools will admit our "little" boys/girls. I will try again to apply for the good ones when my baby becomes "big" girls next year. Hope it helps.
