This is lab law but do not confused with imm law.
Just send a letter to inform imm dept about the missing of the maid. The purpose of this infomating letter is declaring that anything happened to her in this period, this is non of the business of the employers.
Remember never say you break her contract or dismiss her at this moment. Just behave as a good employer, you are worry and still keep on looking for her so as to make sure she is safe.
should do it at once:
1) keep calling & sending SMS, then save all these records
2) inform police that she does not turn up & regarded as missing person, remember to keep the police record as well
3) send a letter to her 'said adddress' and stay that if she not reply to you or not turn up by xxx, then she regarded as resigned by herself
4) send all these information + her vacation letter to imm dept at once to safe-guard yourself
