of course renew la........
u have no chance to find a local maid in HK(even finish contract or not) They will not willing to work for u......since i have 2 kids which is 2 & 7 yrs old, they will not choose my job..
so u need to hire a oversea maid, it's too much high risk......they are very hard to take care 3x2yrs old children+1x3yrs old........even u stay at home.......even if she want to go, u should add her salary to keep her here...
that's what my experience...
