my maid went holiday today. she called back at around 9pm and said she will be coming back late as she is in the hospital. at around 10:30pm she called again and said she needs to stay in the hospital because she found out she is pregnant. my husband went to the hospital just now and the doctor told him they need to transfer my maid to another hospital as the baby is not steady and might need surgery.

i just renew the contract, and i know i cannot terminate her as this is against the law. what can i do now???

pls help...

遇到咁個事, 真係好頭大, 又唔炒得, 由佢大住肚做到生bb... >_<

之前問過agent, 如果遇到咁個事, 搵agent 幫手解決.

流產多數留院1-2天,但醫生會開一個wk 病假

ask your agent for advice.

when u sign any agreement, have the agent as witness so the maid cannot sue you later

明白!咁呢段時間你唯有叫老人家或請個鐘點頂住先，我以前都試過，搵我屋企老人家+鐘點一齊照顧小朋友，唉!真係無法架!

sigh... if she mis-carriaged, she probably will need to stay in the hospital for 1-2 weeks??? OMG...

其實真係無辦法，佢一日咁樣你一日都炒唔到佢，若佢個b保得住，只有兩條路，1.尤得佢做到生，但講明佢唔可以抱個b喺你屋企度養或坐月；2.就係好多人會同工人傾，一次過俾筆錢佢，叫佢自己辭職。
若然佢無咗個bb又可以出院，係我既話，之後一定早炒早著，首先唔知搞大佢個肚既男人喺咪香港，其次佢日後都會咁樣搞搞陣都幾煩，仲有就係..只係我個人認為，呢啲工人野，仲要係生仔之類，我一定唔會俾我老公去搞或掂，去醫院了解情況都會我自己或同老公一齊去，佢男人老狗，又唔係個女人老公，搞呢啲野唔係幾合適，而且男人又唔係咁細心，佢去都幫唔到咩手，只係個人愚見，唔啱聽唔好見怪，我只係將我自己代入咗你角色。
