She had came for 14 days, only 20% time can wake up on time. My son need to go to school by 6:45am and ask her to wake up at 5:30am to cook the breakfast. I told her to set the alarm clock, however, always ignore the clock and sleep till I wake her up every day.:;pppp: She go to bed before 9:00pm every day, I know she talk on the phone till midnight. How can I deal with her, I want to fire her if she behave like that.

I do not allow her to close the door already, however I know she is not sleep until midnight. She just said it is too early to get up, but when on her holiday, she can get up before 6:00am
