Cash Rebate up to 0.6%
Penalty period 1 year , 100% return cash rebate in 2nd , 50% return cash rebate in 3rd year
up to 0.6% partial payment charges apply with first 3 years
Plan C
1 month HIBOR + 0% for first 3 years
Thereafter HIBOR + 0.65% and Cap at P-2.75%
No cash rebate no penalty
Handling fee 0.65% of original loan amount per annum for the first 3 years = 1.95% of original loan amount
Customer is liable to settle the unpaid handling fee for early redemption or change of mortgage plan or change of repayment method
(ie. 0.65%/1.3%/1.95% for 1st , 2nd and 3rd year of original loan amount less total handling fee paid)
I choose the Bank of Communication P Plan, P-3.25% and have 1% cash rebate.... I calculate that the cash rebate almost cover the difference of interest between Hibro plan and P plan
