One point need to remind you that according to their website they requested passenger to show copy of credit card if passenger not equal to credit card holder. I gave my credit card copy to my maid but finally they didn't check at all. For your case, since your maid is 衰工人, no need to give her any copy at all.

OH so sorry as i did it one year before, i forgot to tell you steps in details. I also faced the same question and I solved it by getting help from BATAVIA　help desk.

1. 要REGISTER AS MEMBER
2. 左上角LANGUAGE 要點米字旗
3. Country 要選others

這樣就可以用international credit card pay by paypal la.

ＰＳ：我記得payment後可立刻收到Ｅ　ＴＩＣＫＥＴ　ＢＹ　ＥＭＡＩＬ

其實jakarta 去 semarang 有 budget airline 現在的season費用200幾港幣.也可以網上PAYPAL自己買. 我try過買給我的工人, 不過好像會成日delay.

如過工人不太差,國內一程可買budget airline 可以避免糾紛.
