Any mum can share whether this kindergarten is good or not? I would like to apply whole day class for my son.

There should be "international stream" only for the coming school term. English + Putonghua only. The Zenith staff said that the management is considering to revise the syllabus. They are uncertain whether there will be any Cantonese class for whole-day class students.

好似聽聞今年開始元朗英藝分開上午國際班, 下午主流班, 其實如果讀得英藝, 都會讀國際班, 如果想佢中文好啲, 其實你可考慮佢讀傳統學校, 中文會好啲.

因為我亞囡讀全日班, 所以我估上小一應該無乜問題, 加上我哋平日都同佢講中文, 同埋佢啲書本都一有一半係中文, 認中文生字. 至於半日班, 我就唔係太清楚.

When I called Zeith, the staff said that there is only international stream for K1. 2/3 English + 1/3 Putonghua. I am not sure about the teaching language in the afternoon. It seems that it's good for whole day class if all the homework is done in the school. Do you know if there is any problem for connection to the traditional primary school? I am concerned that my son's Chinese is poor if he studies in Zenith.

As I know, there are 2 types of classes. One is called 'local class', teacher is mainly Chinese, but still have eng. teacher to teach eng.
The other called 'International' (or something like that), mainly Eng. teachers to teach.
i have chosen 'local' for my son.

我都會好大機會繼續在英藝讀.
不過, 我讀半日.
英藝除了地方比較細之外, 各方面暫時來說都很好. 上學後, 英文詞彙學多了, 連句子也有組織力. 對我來說已很滿意.

我比亞囡上年11月開始讀N1, 今個月開始番全日班, 其實除咗學費比較貴, 其實我覺得英藝都唔錯 (特別對在職媽媽).

全日班上年有兩個鐘外國老師教英文, 一個鐘上普通話班, 跟住12:00食午飯, 大約12:45開始瞓覺, 瞓個半鐘, 起身食茶點, 跟住同下午班上中文班, 4:30放學

其實全日都有嘢學, 老師會同小朋友做埋當日功課, 時間對在職媽媽幾好, 因為只係放紅色假, 星期六都可以放起學校玩 (因為亞囡細, 唔識講學校啲嘢, 所以都唔係好清楚佢起學校有啲乜嘢做, 都係聽其它媽媽講話放咗學, 如果未走, 會有茶點食, 有啲小手工做, 玩具比佢玩). 上學時間比較長, 最早可以7:30番學 (包早餐), 最遲6:30pm接放學. 亞囡番咗兩個幾月學, 佢都識唱歌, 去到公園都會同其它小朋友玩, 有交流, 要自己食飯, 飲湯, 感覺自理方面有進步.

但要留意, 聽其他媽媽講, 呢間學校比較小課外活動, 表演, 如果你想呢方面多啲, 我諗呢間學校未必適合, 但對我在職媽媽嚟講, 我比較鐘意唔好太多活動, 寧願放假可以多啲family day, 周圍行下玩下.
