As i know, indo. ticket is expensive than phili. ticket
and if you buy a ticket to her from HK to Jakarta and you need to buy one domestic ticket to her (But if she agreed to take a bus thats fine but she dont agreed it you need to buy one more domestic ticket) will be very expensive.
When you need to give the ticket to her? I think before end of March will be cheaper than April.
