工人要番去結婚,唔同佢續約因為知道佢好想生bb,驚佢隨時大肚.頭兩年好好,但係續第二份約時跳草裙舞要加人工.

佢第三,四年都會有少少賓賓衰嘢:
1. 有時有少少黑面
2. 講我是非(同我親戚啲賓妹講)
3. 唔sure有無偷嘢,因為屋企啲嘢用得超快,老公又投訴唔見咗啲衫,問佢先話幫佢擺埋咗.
4. 下晝做嘢好慢,但係又會做到半夜12点先收手
5. 好鍚我個女,但係幾針對我個仔,成日喝佢
6. 整爛嘢唔出聲,到我發現先至話唔記得講比我知,仲唔會say sorry
7. 唔知点解好耐無同我講早晨,但係瞓又會say goodnite.(可能我起身老公已番工,夜晚老公係度,做比佢睇?)
8. 試過打'苦頭',日日成$150-$200送.有次西利到$200一家常湯,一普通淡水魚,一碟炒茶&一碟蒸排骨.我終於要佢寫低買咗啲mud,每樣幾多錢,之後就正常番好多.但係開始mark 數頭段都有幾次唔啱數,例如應該有$80剩係買送個銀包,但係只有$30係度.再話佢就唔敢做.

總言之,都會做,比較起bk呢度都算好好多.如果唔係佢想生bb,我都會續佢.我要唔要比bonus佢?比幾多好?

p.s. 我比開$4200人工,生日同新年各$500,買咗cx機票比佢番屋企

i think 做壞 rules but of course you have freedom to pay what amount you wanna pay, provided that it's above the statutory salary.

The high salary doesn't seem as an effective device to keep her performance... as time goes by the maid thinks the $$ is what she should gain. no more drive to a better performance. maybe we have to think very carefully before giving high bounus or salaries to maids. Just like us, employees have to be assessed under appraisals to get the bonus.

the maid should find a rich employer after the end of contract, otherwise she will feel very uncomfortable with the normal salary haha

for those who wants employ local or finished contract maids, they should ask a very impt question before interview... ---> how much your previous employer pay you ? hahaha

just my personal opinion, if you think what I said here is not true, just neglect it.

Cannot agree any more

Someone gets bonus in billions by just giving advice on Fung Shui and massaging. If Mami cutekiddy finds her maid is good, she can give her huge bonus, say in ten- or even hundred-thousands. I would be happy to see her being so generous and kind-hearted. Apart from giving termination bonus, she can also consider transferring a few thousands to her bank account every month, as suggested by another Mami. I believe the maid and her family will be grateful and will not forget her kindness for the whole life.

As ordinary people, we are afraid of letting others know we are not rich and mean. Some BK Mamis are too true, honest and brave to say you are paying according to rules.

BK is a good place where we are free to give our views and ideas.

I hate black face thief . I am sure she will become worse as she think that you can't live without her .She is not worth to obtain long term service.

4年加左成17個%既人工, 機票cx, 樓主你對佢已好好了.....我估佢再唔會搵得返咁既人工咁既待遇, 其實為左佢著想都係比返正價好, bonus就更加唔洗旨意會比, 因我自己份工都冇咁既待遇比我...^^

Have you found that past tense is used. Becos it was in the past.
End up the set of jewllery is still sitting in my drawer becos the maid ran away without reason & notice. Only leaving hurt and pain in my heart.

Just happened, the name of this maid also started with 'black' !

話明係bonus，就即係做得好先會有啦...
但我睇你list的point，我覺得佢無邊樣野係好播...你當然可以照俾，但都要睇值唔值
好似我細個時，請的o個位馬姐，幫我媽咪屋企打左40年工，到我地無咩錢，大屋搬細屋，佢都無怨言，我地都當佢係自己人一樣，皆因佢樣樣照顧周到，唔計較，有禮貌，(叫我地起身係90度鞠躬講小姐早晨，起身喇o個種), 到佢年紀老喇，我地都一樣留佢係屋企，倒轉請個工人照顧佢到終老。所以關係好，又真係幫到你的話，真係俾幾多都ok，因為值得...但只係因為走而俾哩個bonus...又值唔值呀?
