recently, I took cranberry supplement from GNC (bought in mannings), it made me better. I took 3 capsules on the day when I felt sick, on the following two to three days, I took 3 capsules as well, then my symptoms gone. The lady there suggested me to take 1 capsule for "maintenance" and 3 capsules when I felt the "sick" symptoms. It was good. It's much more effective than drinking cranberry juice.
