Thanks, I asked them already,that is also the problem for my mail about the luggage. and if take CX only$10XX for round trip.

But telephone always busy, no answer.

SO I asked my maid to go to their TST office, compared the price of different days/flight there, ($390 to 7xx per trip ja), and she bought it successfully. Eticket, print for her there.
As I could offer flexiblle date of departure / return for her, the total cost was only $11xx.
Of course you can do it online right away, quite user friendly website, highly recommend!

The only drawback is only 15kg luggage allowed, but my maid understood and said OK.
