If they asked you to do body check, that means all document is now ready. Once the body check is finalized, the visa can be granted in couple of days. But also have to wait for the police check result and this might take up a month.

In my memory, I was told that you would have PR if
i) you two have been married for more than 5 years + no kid, OR
ii) you two have been married for more than 2 years + you two have kids.
