本人打算29/12去台灣4天,但護照有效期剛好是2011年6月29日,請問會否被台灣拒絕入境?有沒有人有此經驗而順利入境呢?

renew passport時要出示舊passport,入境處唔會收左本舊passport，不過會在舊passport上打孔再連同新passport交回給你。

取新證時,不是要退回舊的嗎? 有冇人知?

But you can bring two passport and use together since the visa is valid in the old passport and you can still use it.

Hey, your situation is similar as mine. by the time I tried to apply the visa for my kid, then I realized the passport's expiry date is 23 June 2011 and our trip to TP is Dec 22-28. I checked with my travel agent, she said my kid's passport ought to have 6 months validity when he leaves TP or the immigration won't let him go. I applied the passport for him and will get it next week.
You still have enough time to apply for a new passport. Don't take risk!

新護照號碼一定同OLD 護照號碼不同......
