i am really open in this point
(i am afraid she has urgent calls from oversea family)
i tell her that the radiation will cause infertility and cancer, i show the newspaper to her
then i tell her to put the MP on the small desk in the seating room with our MPs together (role model)
now, of course she does not follow my instruction strictly (i guess she does not want me to know who calls her) but she will put the phones on the kitchen brench & in her room
she does talk in the phone but with reasonable time and keep finish the housework first, then i am fine with that
i know that she send SMS every night at 9pm with her mother and her boyfriend
of course, this may not apply to maids with special charaters
