我見 pt mother 話pulp exposed (崩咗3分1, 見到紅色既牙根)，so is it easy have inflammation？
Then why not do the Pulpectomy？
But pt say no any pain 既 無理由pulp exposed still no pain? (just research only)
同埋呢，我想請教下我呢個concept岩唔岩呀？
Pulpotomy ：trauma at crown but root still sound
Pulpectomy ：have infection of root , may have abscess
no need to make a crown for such a baby tooth, just fill up with filling material is enough after the pulpotomy done, simple tx for young kids is better!
