The staff/or might be the boss at that branch, is a tall man with huge body. I beleive he is above 180 cm height.
Today, 27 March 2011 at around 12:10 p.m. I and my two children went to buy 2 teas with the bonus coupon for buy one get one free after consumption of 8 drinks in the past. The promotion period of the coupon is up to 31 March 2011.
When I ordered, I bought 1 貢荼 and 1 珍珠奶茶 for HK$13 because 1 of the drinks is free. First of all, the man shouted to my children that they should not stand onto the top step of the counter. Immediately, my children stepped down. Then I gave the monies to the cashier, the cashier then gave me 1 stamp for what I brought. Then before I took the stamp, she got this back. Then I asked her why. She told me that the purchase was not entitled to any stamps and she showed me the card which states the instruction. THE MAN behind her then shouted fiercely to me that "YOU ARE ILLITERATE?" I was really angry with what he said. I told him that I was talking to your cashier. How come you shouted at me? He kept on saying that I should stay aside and should not stay at the counter. I felt upset. I was a customer and he expressed in this impolite manner. At that time, there was only 1 customer lined up.
Then when I collected the drinks, he shouted again that "Give me your ticket or you may choose not to take the drinks" Bear in mind that he didn't ask for the ticket before that.
As a customer, I believe I have the right to query why a stamp was not given but received such an impolite shouting. What I could think of is becasue I bought with 1 free drink, then I received such an unfair treatment. In the meantime, the drink I received was not the same quality as the previous I bought, the 珍珠's quantity was reduced by two-third.
