As captioned, or HKID is good enough? I suspect my maid wants to find a new employer thru another agent, but her passport is kept by the existing agent. Thanks.
Agent owes the duty to check passports (I suppose). But for the purpose of making one more deal I guess some will jsut ignore this part and recommend the helper to clients. Until the moment they really need to process applications for the maid's working visa, I guess they may then take a look at it.
A good agent will usually let the maid fill in the personal particulars and then counter-check the data and also the passport details through interview.
