only fill in ID407E and fax back to immigration dept. only immigration has the right to let your maid to stay in hk. even her visa still has 1 year, but which is collecting with your contract, in case the contract is broke, she only has 14 days to stay here. in case she can get a new contract within that 14 days, it depends on immigration dept to approve her to extend to go back to philippines within 1 year. BTW, you need to inform immigration dept 7 days after she left you.
1. get a green contract (total 4 copies) from hk immigration
2. signed by both party with supporting document (check w/phil consultant, their link is http://www.philcongen-hk.com/labor/main.htm) submit to phil consult and wait for 5 working days (cost HK$297.50 + US$144 insurance fee)
3. collect the green contract from phil consult and submit to hk immigration + supporting document (check w/hk immigration) and wait around 4 weeks (cost HK$160)
