we give him milk at breakfast and after nap time at 4pm. Doctors advise that after age 1 when kids take solid food, milk is only supplementary, as 3 meals a day can give them enough nutrition. 2 portions of milk is enough.
Also, if you want to get rid of diapers/wetting bed at night, you must stop mid-night feeding and give less soup/water at dinner time. We stopped the night bottle at age 1. But did not successfully stop bed wetting till age 3.5. The night bottle also causes teeth to rot.
I keep a safely layer (I taped cheap maternity bed sheets together, but u can buy one in the shop for $200+) under the bed sheet up till now. A few times a year, there can be accidents.

1:30-1:50 homework (none for N1)

7:30 dinner (we have to wait for papa)
