3. a dark environment without any rocking and cuddling to sleep.
my son (4mth3week) sleeps 15 - 16 hours per day and he is on a fixed schedule.
It breaks down to
1. 1st nap: 10:30 am to 12:30pm
2. 2nd nap: 3:00 - 5:00 pm
3. 3rd nam: 7-8pm
4. Sleeping time: 9:30/9:45pm to 8:00 am
