Urgently seek for high caliber to fill position in a small engineering company
Background Info :
Company is a small but fast growing engineering firm specialized in commercial kitchen design and catering equipment installation located in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.
Job Profile :
Reporting to director, able to work independently to keep good record of all accounting documents, follow up shipment and delivery status, handle I/E documents, L/C documents, import and export declaration.
Qualification and Job Requirements :
- Form 5 graduates with LCC intermediate level or above
- Possess 5 years' accounting experience in engineering/manufacturing company
- Experience or knowledge in MYOB accounting software
- Be able to handle full set accounts, LC documentations, shipping documents, liaison with suppliers/logistic companies
- Independent, strong sense of responsibility, stable, able to work under pressure, self motivated with good time management skill and flexible
- Good spoken & written English & Mandarin
- Excellent PC knowledge of Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- 5.5 days work per week
