去年12月入紙，0個陣已通知移民局有左，所以除body check無交外其他資料都充足。

預產期呢個月底，但到而家我仲未有佢地消息叫我submit body check or others docs. 只係收到一封信叫我準備HK n oz既police check（佢地遲d會要求要喎）

呢種visa大約几約會批到呢？

其他媽咪有無經驗？

if yr husband is aust citizen, then the new born baby can get aust citizenship regardless where he is born. you can go to this web for more info,

hi joe.ecute, as my husband is an aussie, I think my baby will b a citizen as well, am i right???? or it depends on mummy's visa? (im still on a bridging visa, waiting the 820 to get approved). if so, do i need to send hkid n passport?

you need to send the cert true copy of the baby's birth cert, hkid and passport to aust consul. the baby needs the passport for the pr visa.

is that mean that it'd b better to send a certified true copy of the baby's birth cert. to immigration to let them know after i give birth?

you need to advise aust consul once the baby is born and get the passport. boty the baby and you need to have health check. in our case, it takes two months to get the spouse visa after we advise aust consul the new born baby

I m a citizen and I just married on apr this year & apply the partner on may. My c6 already done health & police check too. The letter says it takes 7-9 months, we are still waiting , hope will not takes 9 months that long, we areplanning going back on Jan 2012.
