When I try to buy tickets at the offical USS website, there is a mandatory field "CVV security code". Does it refer to the last 3 digits printed on the signature area on the back of the credit card? If so, would it be safe to provide such information in the internet?

yes.......they will request you to show the DBS credit card. If your sister doesn't mind.......you can bring it along and just show it to them for double check.

yes........CVV=last 3 digits.......no problem......just key it to the column.
BTW........if you use DBS credit card for payment........you would be granted a SGD5 voucher for each ticket you buy and redempt it at the customer service counter after enter to USS.
after your input your DBS credit card no. online .........another group of pin number would be sent to your mobile.......remember to turn on your phone when you ordering the tickets online at the same time to complete the whole transaction.
