if you freeze (急冻) the congee, it will be like a hard ice block.

Then you use cloth or towel to wrap it and bring it to Macau. it wont 縮 cos it will jst slowly melt.

then you put it in the fridge, it will jst melt down and on day 2 it will jst be cool in the fridge *no longer iced.

ziplock bag to warm up is very easy actually. but make sure you buy the kind of ziplock bag that can be used in hot water.

warming up using hot water is actually quick fast.

如果我諗住第一曰用保溫瓶帶2餐粥, 我驚食第2餐時會"縮"呀, 因為打開過.....

Sorry! Stupid to ask this in the October club! Haha

You can freeze 1 part congee the day before (for second day) in ziplock bag。
And bring day 1 congee in a 保暖壺。
Put the frozen congee in the hotel fridge on day one so by day 2 it is defrost. The you can ask the hotel to help u heat up on day 2. Or put the ziplock bag of congee in hot water to warm it up.

If that is too much trouble. Then you can give bread and fruits for day 2
