When I was in SG, my teacher gave me extra classes to keep up with the english (for the first year). Maths, actually HK standard was higher, so I had no problem with that :) .
But i agree that in Hong Kong 社會資源有限,支援一向不足 that goes for everything. I am not saying the government has to put them in priority and give them the support, I have always been just saying that they are not asking for special treatment as in to build a sch for their own language.
