I think HSBC China will be more safe than the others because they have the "safety device" for the second group pins for logging in the account. Moreover, you can send the money back from China (RMB$50000/day) by the internet in HK without going back to China. The HSBC staffs are quite clear about what to do in HK and can answer the questions.
Last week, I went to SZ CCB with my husband and want to open the e-banking.
After checking, CCB staffs said my husband's ID card number has used by another user!!
The staffs just said it was their problem and will fix by itself.
