自從重組完，一開個外至hardisk就超慢,要成個鐘先load到,之後每一個動作都十

請檢查你 HD 是否此型號........

SG 7200.11

你可以 Download 入面個 driver detect，檢查是否有關型號。

如果係，建議一係 downloiad seatools check + update，一係download 個 fw 自已 update。

由於你話係 SG HD，320G/500G，7200.11 系列曾經有咁既問題，係有可能的。

有問題的 HD 型號病症係開機時找不到 HD，或者讀 HD 發生困難，引致啟動遲緩。

緊記，要 backup 好d資料先好搞隻 HD~

之前我都講過，部機慢有好多原因；以你情況看，建議有一套軟件可能會幫到你，套野叫超級兔子，係XP 年代曾經好受歡迎，係大陸人寫既。

對一d新手，佢可能會幫到d忙。

但我唔建議自已亂搞個 registry。

仲有，要 back up 好曬所有野先搞。

之前我提過有可能隻 HD，你可唔可以講隻 HD 係乜？

I'm almost out of idea as ur startup services seems fine bor.

Here's what u could further test.

Run Scandisk and Defrag.

Scan and clean ur Registry again. Apart from using Wise Registry Clearner, try TweakNow PowerPack as well.

** WARNING **
** backup ur registry before tweeking it manual. Messing ur Registry could **
** hangup ur PC permanently **
If it didn't fix ur problem, tweek below manually.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters,EnablePrefetcher= 2

Before u set EnablePrefetcher= 2, jot down ur currently value. Double check the registry path before u make any alternation.

That's all I could think of right now.

Bottom line, don't think ur PC infected with virus and after reviewing Services and Starup, the slow bootup was highly due to registry built-up.

Let me know if ur PC has any improvement after trying the above.

Disable one of the Spyware Terminator process under "Starup". But, b4 u do that, double check both process as ur screen cap didn't show both process full name.

Disable jusched -- Java schedule update. U r using XP, yes? Apart from disabling it by uncheck the tick, also go to Start, Control Panel, Java. At Java Control Panel window, Update tab, disable "Check for updates automatically". When prompt for a warning, click "Never check".

BTW, u merely show "Starup". Show me ur "Services" with enable "Hide All Microsoft Services" as I would like to study those non-MS services.

I won't bother with those .ini files as tuning it won't help.

Seems that at the time u checked Services, ur Chrome had three tabs open. The reason is if one of the tab crash, rest of the tab / web page will not be affected. Meanwhile, Firefox open have only one Services no matter how many tabs you've opened. As a result, if FF crash, all tabs will be affected. Nevertheless, next time when u launch FF, it will automatically restore all tabs.

Mind u that FF consume less memory than Chrome. Just by 3% or so. Bottom line, don't u care if browser is memory hungry or not, just pick the one (browser) that u feel more comfortable

BTW, since it was u, this is what I can offer.

Type msconfig at cmd and then slot those process that's currently running. Post it here or pm to me.

建議先做：

defrag
儘量減少 start up 的程式

亦可能係開機 load 太多 drivers，或者load driver 期間有野(driver/硬件)唔順，佢要等；試下用 safe mode 開 windows 看會唔會快d；如果真係快d，就逐個 driver 檢查；或者移除曬所有野，restart 等個 windows 重新認過曬 d 裝置，可能有改善都未定。

總之部機慢有好多原因，winXP 完全冇問題；只要養成好的使用習慣，個XP不知幾好用。用得唔好只係個別人的問題。我有d以前的 CD、程式、網頁、裝置，係 XP 行得好好，根本冇必要轉 win7。我部 note book 用 win7，唔見得識飛。

2隻 HD，可唔可以用廠方的程式診斷下有冇問題？之前試過有批 seagate 的HD 係有問題的，但唔係硬件問題，只係 fw 問題，update 完 fw 就冇問題。

都係嗰句，可唔可以講下部腦的結構？
