I have talked about it in this forum. You can check this out for your reference. If you have insurance, you have to make sure they cover the fertility cost. Like mine, they covered the fertility service, and my plan is 80/20 which means my insurance paid 80% and I paid 20% which is about $2.5K for my ivf treatment.
