My girl is also studying in Gigamind and I feel the receiption ladies are really good and nice, espcailly Ms Ellen, her voice just like a little girl, soft and nice.....!
Whenever I need help from them by phone call, they give me a very good response and always helpful....!
I don't think so. My 2 kids are studying at Gigamind too. The elder one is at primary school (P5 already) and the little one is at kindergarten (K3). The 2 ladies at reception are okay wow! I think they are both very nice, specially Ms. Ellen. Maybe it's just some misunderstanding only.
I think the school should notice the problem. I feel the same when I call them. The clerk also represent the school. I give up applying this school because of this also. It reflects the school cannot manage the staff well.
