You need 1 part chocolate : 1 part cream (any cream : whipping cream, pure cream, double cream, thickened cream).
Put 500 gm chocolate in a deep bowl. Heat 500 ml cream in a pot, when the cream boils, pour the hot cream into the chocolate bowl, stir the chocolate until all melt, it is ready!
