1. 你地婚後改姓, 有冇keep 住自己個中文姓?

2. 有冇幫小朋友拿回鄉證？

3. 如果drop左自己個姓, 係咪會好麻煩, 我有d親友話如果我同小朋友用老公姓,
drop左自己個中文姓，會拿5到回鄉證 or 續5到期? Is it true?

有冇有經驗嘅jm指教一下, THanks!!

That\'s cute. My hubby went to uk for 2 years working holiday when he was young. He recognized it was the best decision he made so he is quite open minded for another adventure.

Agree, many expartriates are open to relocate but my hubby is not. He is kind of a "house pet" who wants to stay home all the time, LOL. He possibly cannot survive in HK as he's always playing 正義超人 and will speak up and argue with people when he sees something not right.

I am quite lucky, I have never worked in private company except in Australia. I just I can earn much more money in HK and pay much less tax..

I don't know when will we move back to Australia, we set a 5 years time to review again but I think the kid can be an important factor too..

The public school in Australia is not very good, my husband, his brother, his dad and his granddad also graduated from a very famous and expensive private school, I don't think we can afford our kid to study there if just rely on my husband's income...

My husband wants to try something new too, he said life won't be intersting if we stay in one place, so we decided to move together....He is still working in Oz to earn more money while I am earning my here too, so when he comes, he can take some holiday before start looking for job...

Haha, I have completed my first round of professional dream, worked 15 years in the previous industry.Although I still love that job, I considered my personal health and growth more important.
If I still worked in HK, I possibly would never get married and have kids. Working hours and pressure were just too much.
I want my kids to learn Chinese and HK would be an ideal place but their ability to enjoy childhood is significant for their development. Luckily, their school offers 2 hours of Chinese class everyday. Hope that they can maintain even when they grow older.
I still have dream on my career but must be in another direction and would possibly be pursued later.

That's so true.

That's why i am in HK to pursue my professional dream.
Once i have kids , i will probably let them to grow up here until they reach Primary age, and move back to Canada.....so it would be years later ....

If you have a professional job, HK may offer a better career opportunity. Most of my friends and relatives find HK too crowded and the prices go up so crazy these years. If I have no kids, living in HK or US don't matter. But, I have 2 children, I know that both I and they won't survive in HK's education system. They are much happy in here.

yes ar..just back to hk for 2 weeks.....miss Australia already...HK is too crowd but I still prefer to live in HK as I can spend more time with my parents and have a better career in HK.

my husband is still in Australia, he will be there in Nov. I am still living with my family in Kwai Chung but will move to Tsuen Wan later when my husband is here....miss him so much.....
