見左個印印，佢現在老闆唔續約(兩年)，咁我就諗，如果好既姐姐就唔會唔續約啦!但另一邊箱我又諗會唔會係同現時老闆唔夾呢?因為我同屋企見佢都幾合眼緣的，同埋佢湊過new born also肯湊new born,事關我就黎生，同埋有個k3大b。我覺得鐘意湊小朋友係好緊要的，咁其實考慮到呢方面係咪都扑得鎚啦!? agent fee4400包body check but 唔包保險，咁算平嗎?仲有呢個姐姐呢張約完左唔使返印尼，so我要pay返半張機票錢佢，約千五，做半一年後先pay俾佢，咁又係咪普遍做法黎架?
Local maid is so picky, will reject those job for the mom who stay in, and the family with 2 kids or more. Overseas maid is almost the same. They come here for travelling. If they resign, no need to pay the agent fee as they will sue the agent from the Phi Immigration.
It's really depend on your luck. But heard many friends that it's hard to find a maid recently. As phi maid have lot of choices like Taiwan that working in Mfg (9-6pm) with higher wages or mainland China. For Indo maid is less supply in HK and easy to get a new employer even they break the contract.
我都係請海外印印，臨生前兩個月到香港，日日唔駛點做，淨係溫書，夜晚問書，到坐月又有老人家教煮飯，so far ok, 佢哋後生有心學就好快識㗎，佢有家庭負擔，又要還7個月錢比agent,所以都算乖，7個月之後試過玩嘢博炒可以多一個月糧，但當佢知道博炒搵新老板又要還錢比agent(~4個月），同知道我哋對佢好好（同佢d朋友比較），宜家好賣命㗎，所以早一至兩個月到香港係唔慳得，好過本地姐姐
