Btw mine was pretty serious at the time, I had it for a few years and i had it every month, had to use meds twice a month almost. I didn't really believe naturopathy could cure it, and was skeptical, but thought I had nothing to lose so I gave it a try, I never had it again.

你講嘅係咪thrush?如果係我以前都有，之後斷咗尾，而家16年後都冇番發。basically, 佢係一個naturopathy treatment ，there's a list of food you can't eat including sweets, sweet drinks or fungal foods eg. Fermented cheese, mushroom during the treatment period. 跟住食大量acidophilus pills,新鮮要放入fridge嗰種,個amount 係要跟naturopath處方嘅。
treatment period 大概一個月。做treatment 時有用canesten 塞藥清咗先。我嗰時係外國睇嘅但係香港都有（central).
I had it more than a year now totally recovered.
so I m quite an expert la.
Let me share my experience.
1/ Stop sex....even doc n nurse said no need, stop it even u use condom.
2/ Iron your pantie, coz 60 degrees of temp can kill fungus.
3/ Wear cotton panties only
4/ No pants, jeans, stockings
5/ DON'T use sanitary cleanser, e.g. lacta....., in my case, it's even worse
it washes away good gems and bad gems
leave your vagina unprotected.
Water only, and never wash inside.
6/ Eat probiotics, NOT yakult, too sweet, even the green one,
sugar level affects the infection. Take probiotics tablets twice a day
Don't buy any tablets needed to be chiilled.
Once it's not chilled.The probiotics all dead.
Be patience, it started to be effective after at least one mth.
It's good for digestion system.
7/ Never use sanitary pad. If really it's your habit,
and you can't quit. Change every time you go pee,
and every time you feel there is discharge. So prefer 10 pads at least
for 8 hrs work.
8/ Check any one at home who has "Hong Kong Foot",
that's athletic foot. The gems are the same....fungus...
9/ If yes. Wash your laundry seperately, iron everything after washed.
10/ Drink cranberry juice, eat dried cranberry or cranberry supplement.
Supplements are most concentrated and effective.
Pee area is very close to vagina. Gems go here and there easily.
11/ Buy Canestan cream and ask your partner to use.
It could be crossed transfer!!
