How I can get more milk for my premature baby who only got 2lbs in ICU,
Nurse said Breast milk is good for premature baby
but I started to pump every 3 hours very little only 3-10 ml each time
PLease help
I only can pump and hand squeeze but hand sqeezer really tired
Any mummies can share?

奶陣果時，你會感覺到個胸硬左同"麻卑"，跟住會滲奶，呢個時候pump啲奶會好多條奶柱一齊出，多好多奶架.你可以試下bb埋身果時，佢啜啜下你感覺個胸有啲."麻卑"，果時就係奶陣！pump果時你用手指整下/扯下個乳頭，一有麻卑就即pump，會好多奶！如果你想增奶量，可以由起身果餐pump起，一邊俾佢埋身，另一邊就pump, 會越pump越多！let me know if u wanna know more, i can share with u! add oil!

My bb 2 weeks now in nicu, full of tubes, yes, I use syringes to store the milk 3 ml each coz the nurse said bb drink 1ml first
But now increase to 3-4 ml through tubes
So I need to store more otherwise when I go back work I scare of little milk
What else did I need to care for premature bb?

Yes I haven't tried to pump at mid nite, I am now pumping but no milk ,
And I tried every 2-2.5 hours yesterday but my nipples begin to pain and I used Medela swing now pumping also painful
Is it becoz after I pumped I squeeze too much coz u don't know how to hand squeeze or pump too 大力？
