I wanna order a mulberry bayswater bag on net a porter. I was told by their customer service that they ship to HK on a delivery duties unpaid basis, which means that the buyer has to pay all the import duties, local taxes etc.
Have you ever been charged on duties and taxes when the goods ordered from net a porter arrived in HK and how much?

You can send back for a refund to credit card. When you receive the stocks, you can see the items attached to a tag, with a plastic string, if you dont detach the string you can return for a refund.
