Oh Four Seasons! I love it, every time we must stay there, location is good, easy to go shopping, sky train just outside of the hotel easy to go everywhere. Must try their Sunday Brunch - much much better than any HK hotel.
Four Seasons - nice service and comfy room, perfect Sunday Brunch
Siam Kempinski - nice room with balcony, very big pool but service so so
Banyan Tree - not recommended, although the room is big but very old
Plan to say at St. Regis or Hanser for my next stay :p
