小吉梨,
The one I bought is http://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Wa ... 8-fl-oz-240-ml/9342
Nature's Way, Sambucus For Kids, Berry Flavored, 8 fl oz (240 ml)
I really think it works very well for my son and daughter.
My situation is very similar to you. I think my daughter never sleep through all night before she is 3 yrs due to nasal block. My son was born when my daughter was 22mths, so there is more than a year I have to take care my new born son and my daughter who keeps waking up and crying at night. she has only improve when she is about 3yrs, I don't know whether it is because the things that I have done, or it is because her immune system improves when she grows.
I also tried not to switch on the aircon at night, but it seems my daughter is worsen, maybe it is because of the humid.
BTW, I received a promotional email from iherb saying that the following:
'Bigger Discounts: We've raised the value of your coupon code- HEK582 -to $10 off for any first-time purchase of $40 or more! Orders less than $40 will receive a $5 discount, as usual.' But it didn't say how long it lasts.
Your experience of the famous doctor is similar to mine. There was a time I went to a very famous doctor who prescribed more than 10 types of medicine which costs around 2 thousand. I ended up did not let my daughter take them. I really wonder if it is necessary.
Anyway, add oil, there is still a long way to go.....try different things, remember things that work for my daughter and other people may not work for you. I have tried a lot of different things to find out what suits her best.
My daughter and my son drinks it everyday now and when she has a flu I let her drink twice a day.The time for her to recover from flu has substantially shortened.I also bought 1 for adult and only drink when we have a flu and cold and found it helps us to recover quickly.
My son got RSV when he was 4mths, i let himdrinks elderberry since he was 9 mths. His respiratory system is quite ok now. Even the doctor feels surprise that his respiratory system is that good coz ther is a big chance that a child caught rsv that early would have asthma.
