HSBC is very poor.....(since my luggage is damaged. they requested to have receipt, but since is bougtt from past years ago, can't find. Then they accepted to buy one brand new and provide the receipt for claim within 1/2 year, then I have purchased 1 new luggage, its cost HKD380.-, but finally, I can claim onl HKD80.00, as they said HKD300.- for admin. fee)
for 1 company outing, I have join company package w/Shanghai Commercial
similar case, luggage handle is damage, they only provide the photo and fill-in the form, then I can claim for HKD280.00
