We are back from Osaka by HK Express. It was better than we expected. :)
Well, there were delay in both trip within 30 min. We regard it is acceptable. In Japan, we were told the flight would be delay so we can go to the gate later.
The luggage were delivered speedy.
The meal were good!! My husband said it is even better than the ones from CX or the other airlines he had taken. We love the tofu dessert, cold noodles and the chicken rice! For kid's meal, my daughter has some nice Japanese candies! :)
The service was fine. I was impressed when they would reply my e-mail quickly!
My husband said with this price, he won't ask for more and he has nothing to complain. I also feel pleased with this airline in general.
i just feel worried if it would closed down suddenly as some gossip before. The flights were not full (even it is a small one and it is the peak season). yesterday, there were a big team from Macau uni. If they didn't book the flight, the flight would be only 50% full! So, even if we would take it again, we might not book it too early or we might need to feel worried for a long time just due to some gossip.
The flight itself has no problem at all. :) It is easier to book and the price is also much lower. You might try, just need to accept having some delay.
And, there is no private TV or games as the other airlines.

delay個幾兩個鐘都OK既, 但佢後備機就真係唔多, 如果萬一有乜事既話都比較煩, 其實間間airline都會有咁既情況
！反而有次搭國泰，佢係同air china做code sharing仲要租air macau隻機，果次真大鑊，得頭頂電視（幾多年無試過）仲要播埋d類似老井果d（我吾知咩戲啊聽又聽吾明字幕細到睇吾到）
