未出貨可以試下SEND E-MAIL 去取消張單!已經有JM做左,好似OK!
唯一我諗到補救,就係岩岩order既jm, send e-mail 比cotton on,叫佢地PARCEL 要寫 'SAMPLE /GIFT'
已下係一jm提供 e-mail sample: Heard that we need to do the customer clearance on our own and the amount of tax & duties is nearly doubled the purchase amount, thus would have the following questions:
My order no. are(自行填寫xxxxxxxxxx)
which were ordered yesterday.
Learnt from FEDEX that if the parcel has marked "sample / costs less than $1000", no tax and duties is needed. Thus would need your help to do this on the parcel, otherwise I want to cancel my order since I am not being WANTED / REMINDED that I need to bear this cost for tax and duties.
I'm not asking for defect item refund. For me, actually I e-mail them to cancel my whole order. I sent to both the e-mail when they confirm the order and the one on their website and within one day, they replied me already, very responsive.
