其實攢海外銭唔易，租金超高，但超麻煩！洗錢超快！裝修不停需要、學生唔理，今月換雪櫃下個月換洗碗機！又話牆反毛，一請師傅，錢又要洗，總之錢就未賺過啦！每搬一次，裝修一次！最可怕的系唔交租！有一個每年一月就冇交至到我請律師上法庭，九月move out! And I paid for all the eviction fees! (大約6千USD），仲有9個月的租冇左，依家剛裝修完，spent another ~$10,000usd on remodeling! Posted for rent, within 3 days, more than 20 applications forms, and my agent picked one and rent it out! With $500 MORE than the last one since all NEW inside the flat!
