(大約6千USD),仲有9個月的租冇左,依家剛裝修完,spent another ~$10,000usd on remodeling! Posted for rent, within 3 days, more than 20 applications forms, and my agent picked one and rent it out! With $500 MORE than the last one since all NEW inside the flat!
